The school is situated in the heart of the centre of the City, about 30 kilometres from Naples in the Region of Campania, offering a friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to experience the flavours of gastronomic traditions where you can be directly involved in the arena of cooking, while experiencing the Italian language and culture, as we are convinced that through taste, smell and other feelings and emotions you can better experience the essence of a country.
Thus, for those visitors seeking to learn the art of Italian cooking and regional specialties, there is a choice of cooking courses under the guidance of a young and talented chef, who will accompany you in this journey from the local market to the final dish ready to be enjoyed.
One day cooking class
All the food linked to the Italian tradition, as babbà, lasagna, bolognese, risotto and more;
Weekend cooking class
Wine tasting with typical Italian products (sweet and salty) combination of taste and fragrance.
A Special Christmas
A tipycal Italian Christmas with roccocò and struffoli, pizza with scarola and fish!
If requested we can book a B&B or hotel accommodation and historical tours to the Campania Amphitheatre (second only to Rome), the Mithraeum and the Royal Palace of Caserta with a guide who will lead you through these most significant sites of a glorious past..
